
How to Donate
Simply bring any accepted items to the ReStore on open store days (Thursdays 9-4, Fridays 9-4, or Saturdays 9-1). We accept a variety of items. Please note that the items you can donate are not limited to this list. We also reserve the right to turn down any donation upon inspection.

What We Accept
All donated items should be clean, in working condition, with all parts - no rust, broken parts, or mold. The donation list below is to be used as a guideline only. If you are unsure about your donation, contact the ReStore at (715) 524-3007.

Appliances Refrigerators, ovens, washing machines, dryers, microwaves, range hoods, small appliances (e.g., toasters, blenders), water heaters, air conditioners (except those with R22 or R12 refrigerant).
*Appliances must be in complete working order and cannot be older than 15 years. We cannot accept broken TVs or TVs that aren't flat screens (no tube TVs) and they must have their remote controls.

Furniture
Sofas, chairs (e.g., living room, recliner), tables, dressers, bed frames, coffee / end tables, small desks, benches, outdoor furniture, bookshelves, chests, trunks, antique furniture.
*Upholstered furniture cannot have any stains, tears, excessive wear, pet damage or odors.

Building Materials
Full sheets of plywood, new insulation (in packaging), lumber (6′ minimum, no nails or screws), trim, fencing, exotic hardwoods, new roofing materials, new siding, moldings (6’ minimum, no nails or screws).

Architectural Items
Columns, beams, mantels, antique doors, stained glass windows, leaded glass panels, wrought iron gates, industrial equipment, shiplap.
*No items with lead paint.

Home Decor
Art, statues, antiques, memorabilia, knickknacks, decorative glassware, framed mirrors, artificial greenery and kitchenware.

Cabinets
Kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets. NOTE - Our Deconstruction Services may be able to assist you in the removal of the kitchen cabinets from your home, find out more – by calling 715-524-3007).
*Cabinets must be complete with all doors and drawers attached and void of major stains, defects and water damage.

Doors
Interior panel doors, exterior doors, pre-hung doors, French doors, patio doors.
*Doors cannot have any holes, water damage or lead paint.

Lawn and Garden
Grills, fountains, yard tools, power yard tools (must be functional), outside décor Items.
*All in working condition, no mold, or no hard rust.

Lighting (Fully Functional)
Hanging chandeliers, floor / table lamps, lamp shades (in good condition), ceiling fans (complete with all parts).

Hardware & Tools
Hinges, cabinet knobs, door knobs / deadbolts, electrical hardware (please no outdated electrical hardware), hand & power tools, antique tools.

Plumbing Supplies
Toilets (Must be 1.6 GPF or less), pedestal, vessel, stainless steel sinks, faucets, new plumbing hardware, tubs, shower surrounds, whirlpool tubs, toilets. Claw foot tubs (please call before donating)
*We cannot accept anything with chips, cracks or stains. No individual used cultured marble sinks. All used bathroom items must be in good to very good condition. No scratches on porcelain sinks, no water staining in tanks or bowls of toilets.

Paint Supplies
Paint sprayers, unused brushes, rollers, paint in original containers (at least ½ full) and less than 3 years old.
*We cannot accept any paint products that have rust on the can or that may have been exposed to freezing.

Flooring
Tile (Full boxes only), Linoleum (new), Carpet (new), Wood (nails removed), Area Rugs (new or gently used) Carpet Tile (new or gently used) Laminate (new)

Windows
Vinyl Windows, Stained Glass, Wood Shutters
*No broken glass, water damage or lead paint.

Electronics (Fully Functional)
Stereo equipment, Blu-ray/CD/DVD players, cameras, music equipment, vacuum cleaners, high definition TVs.
ReStore only accepts TVs that are flat screen - high definition (HDTV) that are fully functional. No CRT TVs.

Housewares
We will accept some dishes, glasses, bowls, platters, silverware, pots, pans, small appliances.
What We Are Unable to Accept
The list of items we are unable to accept is to be used as a guideline only. If you have any questions, please contact the ReStore at (715) 524-3007.

Items in poor condition.

Anything that is broken, damaged, stained or dirty, missing pieces or that has been recalled.

Asbestos based materials.

Computers, printers, any computer components, including cords, and other computer related items.

Musical instruments: upright pianos, organs, any large musical equipment.

Mattresses or box springs (exception being new in box items);
-
Hazardous materials/chemicals.

Guns, ammunition or other weapons.

Tires.
-
Infant or toddler items or products.

Commercial Doors.

Unframed glass or mirrors.

Fluorescent light bulbs and fixtures.

Clothing.
-
Broken Electronics.
-
Toilets with stains in bowls or tanks.

Single pane windows.
*From time to time we may be experiencing an overabundance of inventory with certain items and choose to pause on receiving those items. We will make every effort to update that information both on our website and Facebook page to keep our customers informed.
