Schedule a Donation Pick-up
We will use this information to contact you to set a time for pickup.
PLEASE NOTE - WE CANNOT ACCEPT: TVs, mattresses or bedding, infant furniture, fluorescent light fixtures or bulbs, pressboard furniture, partial cans of paint, exercise equipment, entertainment centers, large office desks, household chemicals, medical equipment, unframed or broken mirrors, or anything that is damaged, dirty, outdated, or not likely to resell.
PLEASE NOTE AND READ CAREFULLY!
Our pick-up schedule can sometimes be weeks out. We will make every effort to work with you as best we can. If you have a pick-up that is required much sooner, feel free to give us a call to discuss making arrangements. The phone number is (715)524-3007.
All items donated will be evaluated by our pick-up team at the time of the pick-up to determine if they are acceptable and able to be resold at the store. We appreciate all donations, but there are some items we are just unable to accept or sell.

For the safety of our staff and volunteers doing pickups - they are not able to move heavy or excessively large items out of homes.

These items must be moved to a garage/out-building, or outside the home on ground level the day of pickup.

We are NOT able to remove doors or move other furniture to allow for pickup of items.

It is wonderful and always appreciated if you have friends or family members to assist our volunteers with the pick-up, if possible.
